Amazing what is not heard when one does not listen and yet assumes. I am not so naive as to believe everything a politician says, but so far, Obama's been telling a lot of truths we haven't heard for a number of years. If a public option or the very least, non-profit co-ops are included in the final bill. My greatest fear is this is a charade to mandate coverage for everyone and a huge windfall for private insurance companies. If this proves to be the case I do believe it will be the final straw and I will quietly give up all hope in Pres Obama and our collective future. No drama, just a silent resignation.

I thought it was a great speech.
